Our Team

Flo McCalla - Co-founder & CEO

Flo holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management and a Master in Business Science Management, both from the University of South Florida. Ms McCalla has spent over 25 years in the corporate world working at the management level, specifically in the area of Human Resource. She also has over 10 years experience working as a Newborn Specialist. Many of her clients call her the "baby whisperer". Her expertise in caring for the needs of people is unquestionable and all her skill set is now funneled into Gentle Care Nannies, a company offering world class service that is incomparable to any other in the industry.

Flavia DE Souza Christopher -Co founder Infant Care Specialist C.B.H.T

Flavia has over 40 years in the medical field giving care in the areas of GERUNTOLOGY, ONCOLOGY, ORTHPEDICS and LABOR and DELIVERY, for the past 25 years. Her Labor and Delivery experience was gained from training at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.
Her emphasis has been on babies as an INFANT CARE SPECIALIST, at one point specializing in multiple births e.g. TWINS and TRIPLETS. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise regarding the care and needs of infants ages 0 to 3 months and at times beyond. Flavia recieved her introduction to the allied medical field training from St. Monicas Episcopal Center for the Aged in Massachusetts.
